I am originally from Evanston, Wyoming. I am number three of six children. I am an Eagle Scout. I grew up with a father who felt that it was important that you learn as much as you can about all different professional fields. He has taught me how to do a vast number of things which include: car repair and maintenance, plumbing and electrical, landscaping, real estate managing, and to be a HARD worker with integrity.
2015- Present: I worked on several University of Wyoming projects, including the High Altitude Performance Center, Arena Auditorium, and Major Steam Line Remediation. I also worked on Sheridan College for three different projects over 3 years, with a $1.5m+ price tag. I have worked at Gillette High School three different times along with other elementary and K-12 schools. Other projects include $2-7 million estate cabins in the Uintas.
Feb 2011: Started “Executive Designed Investments/Builders”, a fee-based management company. I managed a 1 million dollar remodel to Doug Adams’s residence in two months. Built a gold milling operation in 2.5 months. Helped increase the bonding ability of local contractor and helped in securing millions in projects. Developed the largest residential solar project in Southern Nevada 40kw, 165 panels. Developed the complete build-out of the largest cabinet drawer manufacturing facility, and self-performed all the electrical and dust extraction and airline systems. Worked on the design and integration of a 3-phase 600 amp variable drive controller for an agricultural well pump that serviced some 5 160 acre center pivots. Worked with local underground utility contractor to increase sales and job tracking.
May 2008- Feb 2011: I worked as a project manager and business consultant to Power Up Nevada. Where I helped orchestrate the company going from $1/2 million in projects to $2.3 million and from 5 employees to 35 employees in 10 months. Helped maintain at least $2.4 million in projects through 2009 and 2010.
Feb 2007- May 2008: I worked as a cabinet designer and lead salesman for Full House Cabinet GALLERY and partnered with Jarrod Huntsman to expand his painting business to include drywall.
Nov 2006- Present: I pursued an 1100-acre land acquisition and development project in Grantsville, UT (West of Salt Lake City) “Estates at Bakers Canyon” We completed Concept Approval, Zoning Change, and Partial on the preliminary plat. We have renewed interest and are pursuing funding. We have working contracts with Bergman’s of BWA for design and architecture, Sunrise Engineering for civils, Dye Designs for the golf course, and Howard Herd for equestrian design and operation. www.pinnacleut.com
May 2005- Feb 2007: I was recruited by Stacy Slade of Slade Development to manage their custom homes from conception to completion, including budget and people management, job layout, and bidding. My projects ranged in budgets from $850,000 to $4.3 million. I left to pursue an 1100-acre development project in Utah.
2004-2015: I did some large commercial work in Las Vegas, including a 200-panel solar system installment, Hutchison & Steffen Law Office, Cimarron Drawer Manufacturing Facility (Full management), a shopping plaza by 215, and Dotty’s casino 5x underground/offsite utilities.

Jan 2004- May 2005: I started a side business, “The Marine Specialist”. I set up and service saltwater aquariums for homes and offices. I started with three customers and when I sold it, I had eleven costumers.
Oct 2003- May 2005: Paul Cozzens, owner of Cozzens Cabinets, recruited me for specialty work. Our work was in the high-end multi-million dollar homes and commercial. I became the “Installation Supervisor” in February 2005. In charge of vehicles and a 4-man crew; we traveled out of state for 85% of the jobs.
July 2003- Oct 2003: Worked for Martin Anderson as the construction superintendent over five workers, building custom homes, and a doctor’s MRI facility. We performed all aspects of the construction.
Apr 2001- July 2003: Worked for Phelp’s Wood Designs as the “Head of Assembly”. I was instrumental in helping increase output from 15 cabinets daily to 28 cabinets daily with the same two employees. I also received a certificate in Lien Manufacturing.
Spring 2003: I also attended and completed Real Estate school.
2001-2004: More than 8 homes built, new construction, and remodeled in Cedar City Utah. Big Yellow Inn remodel and MRI facility with full management.
Aug 2000- May 2001: I was a “Resident Advisor” (RA) in the cooking dorms for Southern Utah University Housing. I also worked part-time painting for S.U.U. housing’s maintenance.
May 2000- Aug 2000: I ran a paint crew for Lamber Painting CO. in Evanston.
Jan 2000- May 2000: While attending my first semester at S.U.U. I worked for Linford Neilson, I did his finish work (trim, floors, and painting) on cabins, and I built log pole furniture.
Dec 1997- Dec 1999: I served a two-year “Spanish-speaking” mission in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
