To Whom It May Concern:
Jared Rex with Power Up of Nevada has been working with us on numerous projects since the beginning of 2009.
Jared Supervised certain electrical upgrades to my new several million-dollar home and installed a complete 15kw solar panel system. At present, he is adding an additional solar panel system to other buildings at my residence.
On two of my industrial properties, he has moved the electrical in the street to accommodate the requirements of NVEnergy. This work was recently completed at Arden Industrial Park on a 5-acre sales lot and a 35 acre plot for an international company who has just started their lease with us.
We have certain pieces of land/buildings in North Las Vegas and Jared has supervised certain improvements to existing project and provided new electrical to tenant improvement projects.
At the Hacienda Business Park at Hacienda Ave. & Valley View Blvd. he has completed new tenant improvement work providing al the electrical. Along with this he has completed certain retrofit work on older buildings for us.
I personally have found that Jared has been reliable, prompt, courteous and of high moral character. His work ethic is strong and he is very industrious.
If you would like to discuss Jared with me, I would be happy to talk with you.
Hello! We are Scott & Lana Stowell, owners of Cimarron Drawer in Las Vegas, NV. We manufacture drawer boxes for the cabinet industry and supply cabinetmakers throughout the United States. We are a family owned & operated facility that is 10,000 square feet and has 10 employees.
We’ve known Jared since 2009 when he used to work for one of our customers as a woodworker. Years later during one of our local deliveries Jared was installing a major job and we found out that Jared had other contracting sills in addition to woodworking. We learned that he had been supervising various building projects around town. We had just purchased a building for out new facility and it was completely empty with no water, sewer, or electricity. Jared agreed to oversee our move into our new facility which we knew would be quite the task for 30 machines. He turned out to be a tremendous help!
Jared performed as much of the work as possible from running all of our electrical lines, arranging our utility hookups, organizing the various permits, handling the moving of our large machines, and even repairing some machines that we were too busy to fix. If he had to retain other services, he always was conscientious and found a company that was as reliable and fairly priced like him. Jared is the type of person one could completely trust… he’s honest, hardworking, intelligent, and excellent family man, humble, and helpful. Honestly, Jared became a valued family friend throughout our move. We highly recommend Jared for whatever service you need him for… Las Vegas will miss the likes of him!
To whom it may concern,
My name is Mark Davidson. I am a civil engineer living in Cheyenne Wyoming.
I met Jared Rex a few months ago when he approached our engineering firm about technical services related to a proposed development project called Willow Legacy Estates. I traveled to Evanston Wyoming to meet Jared, view the proposal and visit the property.
Although our firm was not selected to perform the work, I was intrigued by the sense of ownership Jared exhibited and impressed with his demonstrated knowledge of the building trades. I became interested in the investment aspect of the project. Wyoming is currently experiencing a tremendous housing boom. No state income tax, reasonable property taxes, low crime, low population, wide-open spaces, accessible public lands and cool temperatures have enticed many buyers to move to the state of Wyoming. Now with thousands of Covid refugees fleeing other highly restrictive and oppressively strict states to less populated areas, the Wyoming housing market demand is possibly at an all-time high.
With that as a backdrop, my wife and l have chosen to become investors in Willow Legacy Estates. Although I have not known Jared very long, I did call several references he provided and am convinced he has the experience and knowledge to lead the efforts on this ambitious building project. He is surrounded by quality surveyors, engineers and contractors that have formed a team built for success. Jared spent many of his early years in Evanston. He graduated from Evanston High School. He and his family have operated several successful businesses there. He is respected locally and has many hometown connections. Having lived in Uinta County myself for 9 years recently, we have many common friends and acquaintances.
For what it is worth, I would recommend other interested investors and stakeholders to join us in building a quality 52-unit housing development on a spectacular property in south Evanston. The thorough planning, engineering and coordinated approach to construction will result in a high caliber development that will match a critical housing demand and really showcase the beautiful residential units that are planned.

This is a letter recommending Jared Rex. Jared was with the Promontory Conservancy from December 2018 through June 2019 reporting to the Executive Director as Assistant Director and Community Asset Manager. The Promontory Conservancy manages a private gated community consisting of approximately 7,000 acres, including 30+ miles of road, bike trails, ski trails, and amenities such as a tubing hill, lakes, parks, amphitheater, and other amenities.
Jared was brought in with two overarching tasks 1) to analyze the Conservancy’s irrigation system and propose a redesign and solution for the Conservancy’s extensive trees and 2) to assess process and procedures for overall community management.
Irrigation: Jared provided a thorough assessment of the Conservancy’s existing irrigation system and identified substantial needed improvements and a throughout methodical approach to delivering water to areas of future development. This included analysis of reservoir, pumps, controllers, clocks, piping, all the way down to emitters. The plan included costing, budgeting, and multi-year implementation.
Within weeks after Jared’s arrival, he was managing our snow removal contracts and responding to record snowfall, implemented a process to ensure subcontractor compliance and identify damages caused. This resulted in cost savings and better service. Jared also brought about the following improvements:

To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Brian Whitmer. I have worked with Jared on landscaping and development projects, and have been happy with his commitment to honesty, timeliness and responsiveness. I invested early in Jared's Willow Legacy Estates project because I was pleased with his team and their work ethic, and I agree with him that there is an unmet need in the area to support the aging population of the area, and to increase housing options in general in Evanston. I am hopeful that this project can continue forward because I believe in the initiative, and in Its: potential to make a difference for families and individuals in the area.
I am happy to recommend to other interested investors that they look into this project and see the same potential that we saw and continue to see. Jared has worked hard to put together a reasonable timeline and a detailed approach that is likely to succeed ff executed properly, and based on my previous experience working with Jared, I believe he is capable of managing a project like this and seeing it to completion.
If I can answer any additional questions or be of assistance, I am happy to help.
